Delete your BSync account
You can ask us to delete your BSync account and the data linked to it at any time. You do not need to be signed in: fill in the form below and we will contact you at the email you provide if we need to verify the request.
What we delete
• Your account and business (tenant) profile • Registered devices • Your transactions and the extracted transaction details • The text of the SMS messages and payment notifications you uploaded • Providers and settings you configured
What we may keep
Where required by law, we may keep limited records such as billing and invoice records. Backups containing deleted data are rotated out within a further 30 days after deletion.
How long it takes
We process requests manually and complete them within 30 days of receiving them. Once your account is deleted, stored message text is removed within 30 days, and backups rotate out within the following 30 days.
